Welcome to our charming apartment nestled in the historic part of the city! Bright, comfortable, and fully equipped, our apartment offers a clean and cozy retreat for your stay in Zagreb. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to the main square. Situated in a tranquil setting, you'll enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with a view of the backyard, free from street noise. The apartment features a separate bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen/dining room, and a living room with a spacious sofa that can comfortably accommodate 2 people. Please note that an additional bed for a fifth person can be prepared in the living room, although it's a soft sofa rather than a real bed. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, and an LCD TV. We've also provided essential bathroom amenities such as toilet paper, soap, and a hairdryer. In the kitchen, you'll find basic cooking equipment and ingredients, along with complimentary coffee and tea. Located on the 1st floor of the building with stairway access (no lift), our apartment offers a serene escape with its calming backyard view. We provide wireless broadband with unlimited downloads at no additional cost, ensuring you stay connected throughout your visit.

Guests will have the option of self-check-in, which requires sending a copy of their ID/passport or necessary information to the host prior to arrival for registration with the tourist board, as per Croatian tax regulations. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided one day before arrival. Rest assured, any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of registration and will not be used for any other purposes. Check-out time is set at 10 AM to facilitate cleaning and preparation for the next guests. However, late check-out may be possible if the apartment is available or if other guests have a late check-in. Please note that unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been granted by the host. For comfort and safety, guests are kindly asked to keep windows closed when using the air-conditioning and to ensure all appliances are switched off when leaving the room. In consideration of other guests and residents, noise levels should be kept to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Upon arrival, guests are required to inspect the accommodation and notify the host immediately of any irregularities. Any complaints should be addressed directly with the host prior to taking further steps.
