Situated in the historical heart of the city, it offers unparalleled convenience, just a brief 3-minute walk from the main square. With its central location, you'll have easy access to all the sights, including a captivating view of the Cathedral. This newly furnished and fully equipped apartment boasts a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and toilet, a kitchen complete with a dining area, and a living room featuring a pull-out sofa. For your comfort, amenities include air conditioning, central heating, an LCD TV, card access, and a safe box. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances such as a stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, along with basic cooking equipment and ingredients. We've even provided complimentary coffee and tea to kickstart your mornings. Located on the high ground floor, the apartment enjoys abundant natural light and views of the park and street. Please note that the street outside the windows can be lively, so light sleepers may wish to take this into consideration.

Parking is conveniently available in the public garage located just across the street (garage Langov trg), offering the closest and most affordable option for your vehicle. To maximize savings, we recommend purchasing a daily ticket immediately after parking. We provide wireless internet access with unlimited downloads at no additional cost for your convenience. A baby cot is available upon request, ensuring a comfortable stay for families with young children. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay, providing you with privacy and flexibility. We are readily available to assist you via email or mobile phone at any time. Transit
There are tram lines 8 and 14 driving through the street. If you are arriving by plane, you can take shuttle to the main bus station and from there just switch to train. We can organize private transfers as well, please let us know if you need it.

Guests will have the convenience of self-check-in, requiring them to send either a picture of their ID/passport or necessary information to the host before arrival for registration with the tourist board, as mandated by Croatian tax regulations. Detailed instructions for check-in will be provided one day before arrival. Rest assured, personal data provided will be used solely for registration purposes and will not be utilized for any other purposes. Check-out time is until 10 AM to allow for thorough cleaning of the apartment in preparation for the next guests. However, late check-out may be possible if the apartment is available for the day or if subsequent guests have a late check-in. Visitors who are not registered guests are strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been granted by the host. To conserve energy, please ensure that windows are closed when using the air conditioning. Additionally, guests are kindly asked to switch off all appliances when leaving the room. In consideration of other guests and residents, please maintain noise levels at an acceptable volume between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment. Upon arrival, guests are required to inspect the accommodation and promptly inform the host of any irregularities. Should any issues arise during your stay, please communicate them directly with the host before taking further action. Your satisfaction is our priority.
