Located in the emerging Žnjan district by the sea, our newly renovated Luxury Seaside Apartment is perfect for up to four guests. It features a cozy bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, an extra toilet, and a large balcony with stunning sea and field views. Private garage parking is also included for your convenience.
Space
The spacious living room offers a cozy vibe with a sofa bed for two, perfect for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials and flows into a dining area for shared meals. The bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom for added privacy, while an extra toilet with a washing machine adds convenience, especially for longer stays or busy travellers.

The neighbourhood of Žnjan is a blend of long-standing family farms and modern residential buildings overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The neighbourhood's hotspot is the famous beach Žnjan known for its white pebbles, shallow turquoise water and hidden coves. PLEASE NOTE: During the 2024 season, part of Žnjan beach is undergoing construction, potentially limiting full access. However, construction will not occur during the summer season, only part of the beach may be closed. There are plenty of beaches in the nearby such as Trstenik, Firule and the most famous one, Bačvice beach.
