Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place on the ground floor of a spacious house with a pool.This is a perfect place on a frequent summer location with lots of family beaches. But if you want avoid the crowd just stay at our pool and enjoy. There is one spacious room that is fitted for 3 people. The pool and the patio area is nicely fenced for privacy. You will have a direct entrance to the dining area from the patio where you can find an outside bbq grill also. Free private parking (garage and open) is ensured for the quests. Podstrana is a little town known for its family friendly beaches with lots of bars just near the sea. The place is vibrant during the summer and is just a 15 minute drive from Split. In the neighbourhood you will find grocery market, pharmacies, bakeries, beach bars etc. You will find the location of the house pretty intriguing. It is on a hilly side, just between the sea and the mountains. The house is surrounded with similar types of vacation houses. There might be possible that during the summer season the owner of the house will be staying on the 2nd floor. We kindly ask you to send us a message so you can be sure what to expect.
