This recently refurbished semi-detached residence boasts a remarkable position right on the water's edge. With a total area of 60 m2, the ground floor spans 40 m2 and features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a spacious private terrace offering captivating sea views. The first floor, covering 20 m2, hosts a roomy bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
