Guests will utilize self-check-in procedures, which require providing the host with a copy of their ID/passport or necessary information for registration with the tourist board, in accordance with Croatian tax regulations. Check-in instructions will be sent one day before arrival. Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of registration and will not be used for any other purposes. Check-out time is by 10 AM to facilitate thorough cleaning and preparation of the apartment for the following guests. However, guests may inquire about the possibility of a later check-out if the apartment is available for the day or if subsequent guests have a late check-in. Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited unless permission has been granted by the host. Windows must remain closed when using the air conditioning. Before leaving the room, guests should ensure that all appliances are turned off. Noise levels must be kept at an acceptable volume between 10 PM and 7 AM out of respect for the owners and other guests in the building. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Upon arrival, guests are required to inspect the accommodation and contact the host in case of any irregularities. Any complaints should be addressed directly with the host before taking further action.
