Guests will enjoy a convenient self check-in process. Prior to arrival, each guest must provide a copy of their ID/passport or necessary information to the host to facilitate registration with the tourist board, as per Croatian tax regulations. Instructions for check-in will be sent one day before arrival for ease of access. Rest assured, personal data will solely be used for registration purposes and will not be utilized for any other purposes. Check-out time is until 10AM to ensure the apartment can be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next guests. However, flexibility is available for later check-outs, subject to apartment availability or late guest arrivals. To maintain security and privacy, unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been granted by the host. For energy efficiency, guests are kindly reminded to close windows when using air-conditioning. Additionally, it's important to switch off all appliances upon leaving the apartment. To ensure a peaceful environment, noise levels should be kept to a minimum between 10PM and 7AM out of respect for both the owners and other guests in the building. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment premises. Upon arrival, guests are encouraged to inspect the accommodation and promptly notify the host of any irregularities. Any concerns or complaints should be addressed directly with the host before taking any further steps.
