Beautiful apartment with AC and WIFI for four people located in a traditional stone house in one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Split (developed in 15th century!) offers you clash of modern and traditional, a fusion that will guarantee a unforgettable holiday! Stone house and inner courtyard were recently upscaled and now offer 4 beautiful holiday homes. Perla B is st on 1st floor of this residential, and it is perfect for four people as it has a spacious bedroom with comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the small living-dining area. Kitchen although small has a stove, oven and fridge - more than enough to make beautiful and simple summer meals with local ingredients from our fresh markets just minutes away. Entire apartment We are always available if you have any questions or concerns, or if you need help organising some tours or fieldtrips. Just ask us, we will be happy to help. Our beautiful apartment is located in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Split called Veli Varoš with a lot of small cobbled streets and old stone houses. It's a peaceful area with no cars and crowd, just as it was centuries ago but within few minutes on foot you are in the middle of all the attractions, Diocletian’s Palace, Riva promenade, restaurants, clubs, stores, open market, fish market, museums, theater, galleries, ATMs, bank, exchange offices. Veli Varos lies on the outskirts of Marjan forest-park that offers stunning views of city, beautiful small beaches and many breath taking hiking trails. There is no better location for exploring Split Apartment is located in the historical part of town so there is NO car access directly to it. Everything is within walking distance - sea, town, nature, as well as bus&train station and ferry port. Semper Cons is an online tourist agency that is taking care of guests who stay at this apartment. We have 60+ apartments in Split and we are trying to be at disposal for all of our guests. Our passion and goal is to make sure all of our guests get to feel the life of Dalmatia and Split so we offer a lot of other services like land and sea excursions, transfers, walking tours etc. that we communicate with our guests on their requests. Feel free to ask for anything you may need. NOTE: -Tap water is clean and drinkable -Please bare in mind that finding a parking space can be tricky in the main season around city centre. -Are you a bigger group? We have 3 more apartments in the house that you can combine and rent ( 2, 3 or even all 4 apartments) depending on how big your group is. Check them out on Airbnb (Perla Varoš A, C, D) -Traveling with a baby or toddler? We have one cot,, however availability can vary depending on the guests in our other apartments of the house. Ask us for it. -In case of need there is an option of self check-in
