Immersed in the nature of Dicmo village this traditionally landscaped, fully fenced, modern 4*Villa with the pool ensures tranquillity and complete privacy for groups or families with kids. It is the perfect base for your Croatian holidays weather you just need to relax by mastering the Art of doing nothing or you are prone to explore. All major Central Dalmatia sights and beautiful beaches are easily accessible by car. 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet (+outdoor hot shower) Villa on the spacious 1800m2 plot accommodates up to 9 guests. One of the bedrooms with double bed has the private balcony. Air conditioned, light, modern, open space area is equipped with all the amenities you might need. Living room and fully equipped kitchen are located on the first floor of villa, accessible by indoor staircase. There is also large terrace with the wooden dinning furniture. Outdoor area features swimming pool, sundeck with sunbeds, solar heated shower, big fireplace with grill and 2 outdoor dinning areas, children playground, well and the pond. Villa has free WiFi and A/C. Private parking in front of the villa Guests can use the whole property If you need anything i'm available online 24/7 Local supermarket, bakery, restaurant and cafe bar is about 1.5 km away. 3 free bicycles available. If you prefer active holidays and don't want to stay in 1 place only, daily trips and excursions (full or half day sailing tours, Cetina river rafting, zip line, horse riding, quads, zinfandel wine tours etc... Krka waterfalls are about 35 min drive. You can visit Hvar, Brac or Solta Island by regular ferry or catamaran from Split, or with private boat. Private events such as local wine tasting and chefs cooking traditional meals with fresh, local, organic ingredients just for you can be provided too.. 3 free bicycles available on the property.
