Nestled in the heart of Kastela bay in Kaštel Stari, this newly constructed villa offers an ideal retreat for up to 12 guests, showcasing a breathtaking sea view. Conveniently situated just a short drive from Split or Trogir cities, the villa is a two-story haven. The villa is cleverly divided into two floors, each featuring its own living and dining spaces, along with well-equipped kitchens. With a total of five bedrooms, each furnished with king-size beds and equipped with air conditioning and satellite TVs, comfort is paramount. The villa boasts four bathrooms, each stocked with essential amenities such as towels, hairdryers, and cleaning supplies. Outside, a charming fireplace complements a spacious dining table, creating an inviting outdoor space. Ample private parking is provided to accommodate several vehicles, adding to the convenience of your stay. Organization of various tours, transfers, or car rentals is possible. Adjacent to the house, there's a spacious playground for the kids and an outdoor workout area. A supermarket and a cafe are conveniently located about 500m down the road. The beach, just 2km away (a 20-minute walk), offers a plethora of choices along the entire seacoast, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and clubs. If you opt to venture up the hill, you'll be rewarded with a panoramic view of the entire Bay of Kastela, as well as the cities of Split and Trogir. Explore the Biblical garden of Lady of Stomorija and other local attractions. Nearby, there's a train and bus station that provides convenient and speedy transportation to Split or Trogir cities.

There is a big playing ground for the kids and an outside workout place next to the house. A supermarket and a cafe bar are about 500m down the road. The beach is about 2km (20 min walking distance) away, and almost all of the seacoast is a beach, so you will have plenty of choice between all of the restaurants, bars, and clubs. If you decide to go up the hill, aside from an excellent view of the whole Bay of Kastela, Split, and Trogir cities, you will find a Biblical garden of Lady of Stomorija and other local amenities.
