Brac Villa Bonaca is situated in the center of the picturesque village of Sumartin on Brac, right by the sea. Brac Villa Bonaca is a traditional Dalmatian stone house. This charming three-story house has three double bedrooms (two on the first floor and one on the second), a kitchen/dining area on the ground floor, two bathrooms with toilets and a separate WC, a large garden with a private pool and parking for two cars. It is close to shops, restaurants and coffee bars. stunning views from the villa and the location of the villa itself will take your breath away. to all amenities in the villa and outside (the garden, the terrace, the pool, the fireplace...) as much as needed Sumartin is a small fisherman's place on the island of Brac with beautiful pebble beaches, stunning nature, and views.... it will blow you away... when you come to Sumartin, you will forget all the stress and noise. To reach your perfect island villa accommodation, get to the Split ferry port in Supetar and drive from Supetar to Sumartin. If you're coming from Dubrovnik, you can ferry from Makarska directly to Sumartin. there is a parking place at the villa.
